This privacy policy covers how SnapTale treats personal information that SnapTale collects and receives, including information related to your use of SnapTale services. • SnapTale may collect personal information when you sign up, when you use SnapTale services, when you visit SnapTale pages or the pages related to the content contained within SnapTale. • When you sign up we ask for information such as your first and last name and email address. We may request information about country, age, etc. Once you sign up with SnapTale and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us.

SnapTale also requires a cookie, used only to keep track of your login status. No personal details or password details are stored in your cookie.

• SnapTale will set and access SnapTale cookies on your computer.
• No personal information or password details will be stored in your cookie.

Your Ability to Edit and Delete Your Account Information and Preferences

• You can edit your account information at any time.
• Certain communications from SnapTale, such as service announcements, administrative messages and the SnapTale Newsletter, are considered part of SnapTale membership and you may not opt out of receiving them.
• You may delete your SnapTale account at any time.
• If you have photos on SnapTale, that material may remain in some form on the site even after you retire it from public view, particularly if you have granted permission for it to be used as part of a collaborative project that exists elsewhere on the site.

Confidentiality and Security

• We limit access to personal information about you to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs.

• Your SnapTale account information is password-protected. You are responsible for not sharing your password and choosing a good password.
• SnapTale never stores your password on our servers. We never know what is your password.

SnapTale may update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your SnapTale account or by placing a prominent notice on our site.
